Ploughman’s lunch, anyone?
On a lazy weekend, the hubby and I would sometimes just hop on the sofa and watch a feel good Sunday movie with either an easy cheese and crackers or a more elaborate ploughman’s meal. Very English, indeed.
So much different from a more tedious Filipino dish, which we do when we feel like slaving in the kitchen.
Note: This dish has more varieties, this one’s the hubby’s special. Celery, celery, and more celery.. with a little bit of cold english pork pies.
